With most of us staying home quarantined due to the worldwide pandemic, self care is now more important than ever.

These times can be stressful for many. However, with all this time on our hands during quarantine, we finally have the opportunity to treat ourselves to self care! Why not? Take a break from work or school. Yes, during this time, it can be hard to stay motivated to get your work done, whether it is for your job or school.
