Step 1: Prep Your Nails
Before we begin, ensure your nails are clean and ready for some creative magic. Remove any old polish and shape your nails to your desired length and style. Apply Perfect Match Prime Bond Nail Dehydrator & Gel Base Coat to build the perfect foundation for your manicure.
Step 2: Apply Bohemia Base Coats
Start by applying two coats of Perfect Match “Bohemia” Gel polish. This will serve as the base color for your sweater nails (but feel free to branch out!) After each coat, don’t forget to cure your nails for 60 seconds under a UV or LED lamp to set the color.
Step 3: Create the Sweater Pattern
Now comes the fun part! Using a fine liner brush and the “Bohemia” gel polish, draw the lines to create a cozy sweater pattern directly on your nails. Use our dotting tool to make your designs as intricate or a simple as you like. Don’t cure yet!
Step 4: Add Some Texture
To give your sweater nails that authentic, textured look, it’s time to pour some clear 3in1 powder over the top of your design. Tap off any excess powder and then cure your nails once again to lock in that fantastic texture.
Step 5: Fine-Tune the Details
Repeat steps three and four, drawing over your design one more time with “Bohemia” to create dimension to the sweater nail. With the gel polish still wet, pour more 3in1 clear powder over the design for texture.
Step 6: Seal the Deal
Cure for sixty seconds for a final time
