Step 1: Apply Dare to Wear Base Coat and let dry.

Step 2: Paint one thin coat of Dare to Wear Spectra. Let dry for 10 minutes.

Step 3: Paint another thin coat of Dare to Wear Spectra and let dry.

Step 4: Top it off with Dare to Wear Top Coat.
