User Terms and Conditions for Sales

DISTRIBUTORS MAY GAIN ACCESS THROUGH LECHAT’S DISTRIBUTOR LOGIN.

LECHAT’s acceptance of User’s purchase order is expressly limited to and made conditional upon User’s acceptance of the User Terms and Conditions for Sales contained herein. Any other terms and conditions which are in addition to or different from those contained herein, which are not separately agreed to in writing, are hereby objected to and rejected by LECHAT. LECHAT warrants that at the time of shipment, the Products covered by User’s purchase order shall meet LECHAT’s specifications and shall be free of all defects in design, workmanship, or material. LECHAT makes every effort to display accurately the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, the actual colors you see depend on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of your monitor’s display. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Security

LECHAT’s ecommerce platform uses Secure Socket Layering (SSL) to encrypt your personal credit information, including your credit card number, before it travels over the Internet. SSL technology is the industry standard for secure online transactions and is also used by our Merchant Services provider Chase Bank. If fraudulent charges are made to your credit card, you must notify your credit card company in accordance with its rules and procedures. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your credit card company cannot require you to pay more than $50.00 of the fraudulent charges.

Product Diversion

User acknowledges that LECHAT is selling the Products to User for Consumer’s personal use or for distribution through LECHAT’s authorized channels of distribution. User agrees that it shall not divert Products to other resellers that are not authorized distribution channels of LECHAT, including but not limited to mass retailers. In the event that LECHAT determines, in its discretion, that User has diverted Product to non-authorized channels of distribution, LECHAT shall have the right to refuse to make further deliveries to User, in addition to all other remedies available to LECHAT at law or in equity.

Promotions and Coupon Codes

From time to time, LECHAT will offer our Users promotions. Please follow the guidelines associated with the promotion. Only one coupon or promotion code may be used per order, and one code per customer unless otherwise stated. Please review all orders carefully prior to submitting them. Unless otherwise stated, all promotions are set to expire at the date and time posted for PACIFIC STANDARD TIME. Promotions are only valid within the Continental United States unless otherwise stated. Void where prohibited by law.

Payment Terms and Payment Methods

All payments for Products shall be made in United States Dollars and paid in full prior to shipment. LECHAT currently accepts Mastercard and Visa for online orders (the cards must have a US billing address). LECHAT is not responsible for credit card processing issues, web issues, or incorrect information submission. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please notify LECHAT immediately after placing your order so that we may make the correction. Sales Tax

We are required to charge state and local Sales Tax (which will be automatically charged to your order) on all orders shipped in the state of California. Salons, Spas, and distributors that have a Vendor ID can request a Sales Tax Exemption form that we will keep on hand for all future orders.

How to Place Catalog & Telephone Orders

You can place orders by calling our Customer Service Department at 1-800-553-2428, Mon-Fri (except Holidays) 9 am PT – 4:30 pm PT. Please note that not all web offers, promotions, or shipping incentives are available when ordering by phone.

How to Place Online Orders

Placing online orders with LECHAT is quick and simple!

• Sign in (if you are an existing customer) or press SHOP NOW.
• Search or browse for your favorite products and add them to your shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button.
• Apply any coupon or promotion codes to your order by entering the code into the “code” field in your shopping cart.
• Click the “Checkout” button.
• If you have not signed-in or created a new account, you will be asked to do so now.
• Review, update, or add your shipping address. If different from the billing address, please click HERE to contact Customer service or call 1-800-553-2428
• Select the shipping method.
• Enter your payment information.
• Review your billing address and update it if needed.
• Review your order for accuracy (Order Confirmation Page) and press the “Submit Order” button.
• View & print your receipt.
• Receive the order confirmation email.

Canceling and Modifying Orders

To cancel or modify an order, please call the LECHAT customer service team at 1-800-553-2428.

Shipping and Returns

Orders are shipped Monday – Friday, excluding Holidays. If you place an order on a weekend day or national holiday, it will be processed and shipped the next business day.

LECHAT offers FREE shipping on all “Standard Ground” orders for Professionals over $150 shipped in the continental USA. Orders to Consumers and Professionals over $25 and under $150 are charged a flat $5.00 Shipping Charge for “Standard Ground” Shipping ONLY in the Continental USA.

Once LECHAT Ships your order, you will receive an Invoice e-mail that itemizes the items shipped along with the shipment tracking details. If you have any questions, please click on the “Message Us” link or call Customer Service at 1-800-553-2428.

Return/Exchange Policy

Unless otherwise stated, specials, promotions, or any products purchased using an incentive or coupon code are not eligible for return or exchange. Product Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Customers are responsible for all freight charges for refused and returned shipments. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from LECHAT. Items sent as gifts from our website can only be returned by the original sender. Gift orders can only be exchanged by the recipient for identical merchandise if the item arrived damaged.

LECHAT must receive a request for the exchange of damaged merchandise within ten (10) days of receipt of merchandise. LECHAT has the right to refuse returns. There are no returns of products due to misuse. We will not accept returns without a Return Materials Authorization (RMA).

When sending in a return or exchange to LECHAT please follow these instructions:

1. Call CUSTOMER SERVICE at 1-800-553-2428
2. Indicate a reason for your return or exchange and how you would like your credit to be applied,
3. Request an RMA number. IMPORTANT: Returns without RMA’s WILL be refused
4. Include the packing slip and provide the RMA with your return (if you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number and RMA on a separate piece of paper)
5. Wrap the package securely
6. Attach your return address
7. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post so that shipment can be tracked.
